Sản Phẩm Yến Võ Bảo được tinh chế từ những tai yến Thô loại A (to-già-nguyên vẹn), từ những nhà nuôi yến ven Biển Vạn Giã – Khánh Hòa.
Tai yến thô sau thu hoạch, được Võ Bảo thu mua và phun sương nở tổ 8 tiếng (phương pháp giúp Yến hạn chế tiếp xúc nước và giữ trọn những thành phần dưỡng chất của tai yến vốn có).
Những nhân công lành nghề dùng phương pháp thủ công làm sạch lông yến (95-98% lượng lông yến), và các bụi bẩn bám trên tổ yến thô.
Sau đó, yến được đưa lên khuôn sấy lạnh 16-18 tiếng (phương pháp sấy giúp tai yến được khô tối đa và không làm mất dưỡng chất của yến).
Thành phẩm tai yến được mang đi khử khuẩn đạt tiêu chuẩn xuất khẩu.
Võ Bảo tự hào đạt được nhiều chứng nhận tiêu chuẩn Quốc Tế .
Võ Bảo Bird’s Nest products are refined from Grade A raw bird’s nests (large, mature, and intact) sourced from birdhouses along the Vạn Giã Coast, Khánh Hòa.
After harvest, the raw bird’s nests are purchased by Võ Bảo and sprayed with mist to expand the nests for 8 hours (a method that helps minimize the nest’s contact with water, preserving the essential nutrients naturally present in the bird’s nest).
Skilled workers then use traditional methods to clean 95-98% of the feathers and any dirt attached to the raw nests.
Next, the nests are placed in a cold drying mold for 16-18 hours (a drying method that ensures maximum dryness without losing the nutritional value of the nest).
The final product is then sterilized to meet export standards.
